We do not collect account data (no registration required), precise location data, or audio recordings.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and operate the Application; deliver AI-powered drum coaching features; store and sync practice-related data; improve performance and user experience; monitor usage and fix bugs; handle subscriptions and purchases; respond to support requests; ensure security and prevent misuse; and comply with legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Firebase (Analytics, Firestore, Storage, Crashlytics), Adapty (subscription management), and Gemini AI (AI processing features). These services may process device information, usage data, diagnostics data, and subscription-related data as necessary.

5. AI Processing

The Application uses AI features powered by Gemini. Your inputs may be processed by external AI services. We do not use your data to personally identify you. AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate.

6. Legal Basis (EEA Users)

For EEA users, we process personal data based on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and consent where required.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with service providers, if required by law or legal process, to protect rights, safety, and security, or in case of a business transfer.

Your data may be transferred and processed outside your country, including the United States. We use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
